I started a 2023 tax return earlier in the year, but the return no longer appears. However, I keep getting emails reminding me to finish the return. How can I resume?

When I log into my account, it tells me to start a new return, which would require purchasing a TurboTax product. However, I already started a return several months ago. I have received multiple emails reminding me to finish filing by return by the October 30th deadline, but I am unable to finish the return since it no longer appears.
