After you file
Guess it was not obvious from my original post.
- Yes, I e-filed both the Federal and the State of Colorado returns.
- Yes, I received an email from TT that they both were filed
- I received an email from TT that the Federal return was accepted
- As of this writing (10/21/2024 @ 6:55 PM MST), TT has yet to send an email that the State of Colorado Return has been accepted. This is now 11 days later as of this writing
- TT program (Home & Business) shows the Federal return as accepted but the State of Colorado return as pending
- Note for the State of Colorado return states: "It takes about 24 to 48 hours to process e-filed returns. In this time, returns are in a pending status. Come back in about 24 hours or check your email. We'll let you know as soon as your return is accepted."
- I've checked the State of Colorado site, and it shows that the return has never been filed.
In regard to telling me how the emails work, I know all too well how they work! I've been using TT since 2008!
