How do I perform a second tax amendment ? Turbo Tax only modified the first amendment ? I owe extra 5$ to the state. I instead of amount due 5$, new amount if first + 5?

I have my 1040X form generated from the first amendment. I want to perform a second amendment as the state as I owe the state 5$. In the first amendment I owed the state 17$ and I already paid that. The generated new return is 17+5. I have spent 2hr on the phone with Turbo Tax experts and they do not have any clue how to do it. It is a waste of time!!
