After you file
My filing status is Single. I got insurance through the state ACA plan and received a 1095-A. It looks like Form 8962 calculates a credit for the subsidy not taken through the year for entry on schedule 3 and eventual credit on 1040. It looks like schedule 2 would be used if you got too much subsidy. Am I interpreting the instructions correctly? Shouldn't Form 8962 be present if a credit is calculated on line 26 for eventual inclusion in the entry onto line 1040 line 31?
