In your original question you said "it’s been two weeks." At the top of the "Where’s My Amended Return?" page on the IRS web site it says "You can check the status of an amended return around 3 weeks after you submit it." Try again in a week or two.
The IRS page is only for your federal amended return. It cannot tell you anything about your state amended return.
