I used your product to file my personal taxes for 2023, I want to download a copy of the tax return that I used your product to file with the federal government. When I looked at the instructions for how to download previous returns, they don't work. The only thing available is a folder labeled "2020 docs" which is completely empty.
Literally (and I do mean literally) it seems that the only way to get a copy of my 2023 return is to request a copy of ALL of my personal data, which ridiculously takes over two weeks just to send a digital file (WTF?).
Why can I not simply download my 2023 return?
I will be letting the CFPB know about this.
