CA amended return for 2023. Refund expected but Schedule X line 9 and 11 is $0. Line 6 is the expected refund of $900. What is the discrepancy?

The amended CA Form 540 line 115 shows the expected refund of $900 but the Schedule X and Turbo tax summary page show $0. Should I be concerned with this discrepancy?
