See if this helps any:
- Log into your Online TurboTax account.
- In the left menu column scroll way down to Intuit Account.
- Once in the Intuit Account in the left column menu choose Products and Billing.
- Is there evidence of any subscriptions there in your Products, and if so, can they be managed there?
