Hello, I applied for ITIN for my wife and mailed it with my tax return. I received a new ITIN number for my wife on April 22. But still haven't processed my tax return yet. It's been 8 weeks since getting ITIN number. What is normal time for processing a tax return this year? Do I have to mail a copy of ITIN number with a tax return with written COPY on it to Austin, TX?
