I filed my 2023 taxes using TurboTax, and they confirmed that both my federal and state returns were approved. I received my 2022 state tax refund in March 2023 without any issues. For 2023, I have received my federal refund but not my state refund. When I call the West Virginia State Tax Office, they tell me that they have no record of my state tax return and no information under my Social Security number. However, TurboTax shows that everything was correctly filed and approved. Did TurboTax not file my state taxes? How can I get help from TurboTax to resolve this issue?
