I'm referring to DR 0104X the very top of the form where it says "Reason for amended return (mark one)" (not line 6). I've checked the box "Other, include explanation."
The step-by-step interview has a space where I wrote in my explanation, but my explanation doesn't show up on the 104X form when I preview or print it.
