I found my 2017 tax return on time but the IRS before the 3 years deadline was up. They held it I guess looking over and reviewing it for 2 1/2 years then they took it for me because they said it was over to three year deadline even though they had it already then they tried to make me show proof of where I sent it through the post office which I did now on my tax transcript I am getting code 820 and it has the amount beside it but no negative sign like normal and it says credit transfer out to and that's all. What does that mean and what is going on I'm not really sure I've looked it up and can't find the answer but I would like to know what happened to my tax return.
