I’m not sure. But everytime I have called every number supplied to me for GreenDot, it hangs up on me so I know they blocked my number. I asked the IRS twice about helping me & the second time I called them, they said a case was never opened so they opened a new one & I never heard anything back. So I’m just tough outta luck i guess.
I am still going back & forth to the bank sayijg they sent it back to IRS & the IRS is saying they never got it back from the bank.
I goggled this issue, & turns out they have done this to several people. Years later, they still haven’t got their tax return.
