There is nothing Turbotax can do since all returns are self-prepared and once a return is mailed or e-filed and accepted it receives no updates on the status. Even using a pro would not help in facilitating the processing of an amended return. The real question is why are so many amended returns filed. Each is manually processed even if e-filed.
