I sure hope this lady is right.They told me last week the same thing and that I would update the 15th but didn't.Not trying to break your hope but I'm so discouraged..I supporty kids and I'm mom and dad through construction which has been slow due to weather.Im behind on everything about to get evicted.I can only pray .I've never dealt with this stuff before.
