I just got that same thing in the mail when I ordered my 2023 transcript. It is like they didn't "receive" my filing, but somehow show it accepted. When I call about it I get told the same thing then it takes the agent a minute to locate it. One agent told me they haven't attached my filing to a file yet. But that was now 2 months ago and no change still.
