I received my state refund from the Tax Commissioner NDSTTASRFD direct deposit to my bank account. I received the exact amount I was due and that was stated on the turbo tax website.
I have trusted and used Turbo Tax since 2013 and I have taught my children how to file through turbo tax. I have always deducted my turbo tax fees from my Federal Refund. Please know that I understand how your process works. I have never had a situation like this. I am missing $328 and I have zero explanation of why.
I sent TPG an email asking for an itemized report of how my Federal IRS Tax refund was processed through their bank. However, I do business with Turbo Tax, not some california bank. I expect Turbo Tax to assist me in finding answers.
