You can print and mail in your amended return since, you aren't able to correct it. To do that:
- Sign in to your TurboTax account.
- Select Fix my return.
- Select Tax Tools from the left-side menu, then Print Center.
- Select Print, save or preview this year's return at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the on-screen directions to print your 1040-X.
- When the Form Selection box pops up, select Specific Forms, and Form only.
- A list of forms will appear in the window, scroll down to Form 1040X, and select the checkbox.
- Select Save as PDF, or Preview print copy, then print the forms after the file is generated.
Your Form 1040X should be signed on page 2 and mailed. Follow this link to find the mailing address for your state.
