It's a product problem. I followed all recommendations to no avail!
I call in and it says I don't have a current subscription for this year. I haven't filed my taxes yet. Gave me more instructions that didn't work. It tells me I can't amend the current year until I have filled blah blah blah! Duh. I hate a system that you can't talk to a live agent. Any ideas?
