Can I file an amended return electronically if I e-filed my original return using Free File Fillable Forms?

I did not e-file using Turbo Tax.  I don't see an obvious way to file an amended return at the Free File Fillable forms site.  Can I use another e-file vendor to e-file an amendment (1040-X)?
