After you file
This seems to be a couple years later, but I wanted to check in since I have pretty much the same question and am not sure what to do, and honestly, the responses don't really seem to actually address the specifics of the question being asked.
I too filed an amended return (didn't actually change the refund/owed amount), and I got the instructions to "Print and Mail These Forms to the Government. Even though you e-filed, don't skip this paperwork. These forms are required by the government to complete your return."
And like you, the only thing that showed when I went to print was a list of addresses and the payment voucher.
However, at this point my amendment for both state and federal have been accepted, so my question is the same as yours, do I actually need to mail anything in? If so, what do I mail in? Just this voucher? or do I also need to print off other documents (why would I need to mail documents in if the amendment has been accepted)?
And if the answer is I don't need to mail anything in, why would TurboTax explicitly tell me not to skip this step and that "“Print and Mail These Forms to the Government. Even though you e-filed, don't skip this paperwork. These forms are required by the government to complete your return."?
