I received a 1099 after I filed my federal but before I filed my state tax returns. TurboTax had me create an amended return, but it seems to have generated an amended return for the state. I simply want to file my state return based on the amended federal return. As is, I have the original state return (based on the wrong income that I had to amend) and an amended state return. How do I get TurboTax to "join" them?
