And --- TT has not changed their ways. Have you noticed the Bully Pulpit. Still TT makes it extremely inflexible. Still TT makes you hunt down a phone number to even call and lots of times call for another purpose; then work your way around until someone finally gives you the right person or phone number.
Still TT does not send out the latest or final version; requesting to update and demanding register on line when there is absolutely NO F****G internet service. It takes hours just to get installed and you go with an incomplete TT tax because they did not send the final version. It gets worse. TT will not send STATE CD. Play hell trying to go into a town library to attempt to get state version.
Something has to change and its gonna be INTUIT!
