I was able to efile my 2020 NYS return IT-201-X in May 2023, but I can't do it for 2021 NYS return in April 2024. it seems things have gone regressive. That's not right. Please fix this.
Moreover, TurboTax is supposed to support free federal amendment as well. Don't be so cheap.
