Generally speaking I thought this was good. However, my federal filing did not reset to 0. Let me explain further my situation. I owed the IRS some $400+ which was paid according to my bank records. I needed to amend because I forgot to add in a K-1 I received. On reset the IRS value is not $0 but $200+. What happened?
