it finally just updated with the message that my fees have now been paid out of my tax refund and the employee at Turbo Tax I talked with over the phone confirmed that it has now been paid and confirmed that the payment that was extended is now cancelled. Until this payment was confirmed it had been previously pending for May and did not show it was confirmed as actually being paid out of my refund
