I have only had one TurboTax account ever, so I was sure that wasn't the issue. I also used to have all of my documents neatly organized using Sookasa, which was a secure plugin for Dropbox. Unfortunately, Sookasa is no longer in business so I cannot use their software to decrypt my files. :😢
I managed to view my prior documents by starting a 2023 return online. After that, it gave me a dropdown to view all files, for example: View documents from: 2022 | 2021 | etc
