I'm trying to amend my 2021 state return, opened desktop software for 2021, updated software and clicked on amend a return, clicked on state return and clicked up update and it says let's work on state return - however it does not pull up my already filed federal or state return info or ask me what I need to update- it's just a blank file and wants me to start over with no info coming over from federal return that is needed or previously filed state return. What am I doing incorrectly?
