Yes, the answers provided above are correct, you get your 1099-R from the company that issued the form.
If it is coming from an import partner, you may be able to import the information from that company into TurboTax, but that doesn't mean TurboTax has your form.
If it's for a prior year and you aren't able to get a copy from the company that issued the form, you can request a transcript from the IRS. Follow this link to get started.
If the 1099-R is for the current year, it won't be available from the IRS yet.
