How is TurboTax involved with your IRS letter? I'm not sure what you mean "when will I know that TurboTax is acting on it."
Did you previously talk to TurboTax Customer Support? Or did you ask the TurboTax Audit Support Center to help you with a letter?
Or did you purchase the Audit Defense product?
