I've twice submitted my tax return for e-filing. I am claiming the EIC and confirmed that the form is included in the return, at least in the PDF version

TurboTax is supposed to walk me through the EIC, which it did, and said I qualified for it. Yet I can't figure out if Form 8862 is in the PDF of the return. TT goes through all the checks and tells me everything is fine, yet I've been rejected twice
