After you file

Yea I tried to file a tax return from 7 years ago and the company owner had died and left the diner business to go someone else they refused to find my W2 or get me a copy . The IRS has my income on their nut I had 2 kids at the time babies and I didn't have a chance and didn't know o solidified for all these credits even if I only made a little money. Anyways to make story short I would've had to pay for the past return and throw as much info as I could possibly get from irs file. It shows I worked and how much I made but doesn't show the employer ID number and stuff like that How much taxes they took out etc.. I think last year was my last year to be able to do it and I harassed them for an entire year and they kept telling me to call back I stopped there several times and they said they didn't have it. I feel like there's something I could do more that they should get in trouble for that but I have no clue.. Apparently I didn't make enough money to even file taxes technically but to me I would have gotten all them credits for the children and earning some credit so it would have been worth something. That's how I found out you can see all your tax returns and any income that came in your name. Also helps when you get your identity stolen and someone's working under your name. It will show up on there.
