Why do they even have the option to write them a secure message if nobody is ever going to respond to it!?!! They won't respond to me on the revenue website and it's been impossible to get through over the phone lately. I'm just trying to figure out if the extra $800 was included in my tax return automatically ? Or was I supposed to claim some specific credit or something on my tax return in order to get it? Does anybody know what the deal is with the extra $800?
