File Amended Return this year. I went from OWING $702 to a REFUND STATUS of $1800. When will IRS refund $702 they just withdrew from my checking account today?
The numbers changed from OWING to a REFUND- how does IRS deal with refunds AFTER they withdraw the money that mistakenly owed?
