I'm sorry to hear that. You are correct however. I think people that can't give correct answers or don't want to take the time to look into it should pass it to a hire up person. I think since you, me, and billion other people should have a phone call returned. You can always start with the attorney general, find out who the CEO is of the company. Nowadays people get scammed and nobody does ANYTHING. I AM truly sorry.. let's keep our fingers crossed. Just keep plugging away because all the companies that are passing the buck eventually something gives.
