Submitted federal tax to the IRS three times and received the following rejection each time.

Talked to 4 Turbo Tax support people and no one knew what the problem was. Some tried very hard to find a solution. One was very thorough and agreed with me that the form was filled out correctly.
I finally deleted the form 5695 and stepped through Home Energy Credits in Step-by-Step and resubmitted to the IRS and the IRS accepted the return.
