After you file
I cleared my cache prior to this post. I also tried a different browser and restarted my machine.
I shared my screen with TurboTax support. They were also unable to identify the issue after 40 minutes. They offered a discount on a desktop version but the discount was less than what I could purchase from Costco without a discount...I ended up purchasing the Costco TurboTax desktop version.
