After you file

Thank you Cynthiad66 for the quick response. I am not using a browser to file taxes, I'm using the app, downloaded from Amazon, and there are no cookies to delete associated with this app.  The computer has been restarted, and I have attempted to send the return again with no change. The app continues to send us back to the "enter routing number" screen. 

 

Again, not using a browser, using the desktop application installed from Amazon. How would we go about clearing the cache for the application using a Mac?
