TurboTax has already said that my state and federal returns have been accepted but I went on IRS website and it says it's still pending and has not yet been processed what should I rely on more?
The IRS does not used the term "pending." That's only an efile status term. If your return was accepted, then the IRS website likely says "received" and/or perhaps received and processing.
Go by the IRS WMR tool. Other than "accepted", TurboTax will not get any further feedback from the IRS. At least the IRS found your info (I assume) when you used the tool. If so, you know they have your return.
