Thank you. You can only use that link if you requested your refund through it. Mine was done by phone. When I put my case number in that it says case closed. Which has me now super stressed. When I called yesterday to just ask a rep about it. All they would keep saying is takes 14 days. And I asked can you tell me where it is in the refund process and they would say the same thing. I even have a case number, a refund number and my order number. They were absolutely no help. It's like they don't know anything and don't want to even try to look.
