Has anyone ever gotten a refund directly from Turbo Tax? I filed this year. Was charged for the wrong products and over paid. But it came out of my refund. I've literally spoke with over 5 reps. The very first one actually processed the refund. Finally spoke with someone who emailed my all the info on the refund. Just am not sure how to check the status. The last 3 people I've spoken to give me all different answers. I just want to know where it is in processing. This tax filing has been the worst. I'll never file with them again. Does anyone know how to check on a refund owed by Turbo Tax? Besides calling. I can't get any help from anyone. Even with an order number, refund number and a case number.
