To get to your RITA form, please follow the instructions below:
- Open your return.
- Click on State on the left-hand side.
- Click Edit next to your Ohio return.
- Continue through the return until you get to a page titled A few things before we wrap up your state taxes.
- Scroll down to Ohio city taxes and click Start.
- Select RITA on the page Do you want to file your city income taxes?
- Continue through the on-screen interview.
It is important to note that RITA tax returns are not eligible to be e-filed. You must print out your Form 37 and mail it to the Regional Income Tax Agency. You can also use a drop-off option. For more information, please see Individual - File your taxes.
