After you file

To get to your RITA form, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Open your return.
  2. Click on State  on the left-hand side.
  3. Click Edit  next to your Ohio return.
  4. Continue through the return until you get to a page titled A few things before we wrap up your state taxes.
  5. Scroll down to Ohio city taxes and click Start.
  6. Select RITA on the page Do you want to file your city income taxes?
  7. Continue through the on-screen interview.

It is important to note that RITA tax returns are not eligible to be e-filed. You must print out your Form 37 and mail it to the Regional Income Tax Agency. You can also use a drop-off option. For more information, please see Individual - File your taxes.
