No, if you tried to file again after you have already filed, your Efile would be Rejected.
Was your original Efile Accepted, but you need to make corrections?
If so, wait until you get your Refund, then you can Amend your Return. An Amended Return does not 'catch up' to your original return and correct it; it is looked at separately and takes several weeks to process.
Save a copy of your original return, and be sure that you actually do need to Amend.
