IRS Form 8911. After entering Lat/Long data, and the 11-digit GEOID number, I still get a prompt, that TurboTax will update-- now on 29 Feb. Anyone have a similar issue?

We waited until 22 Feb for the updated form, and now we're asked to wait again until 29 Feb.  This is very disappointing and rather unsatisfactory.  Are most folks deciding to file without this credit, and file a 1040X, later?  Thank you.
