I have Turbo Tax Deluxe for 2023 on my laptop. It wants me to pay a big penalty and file Form 2210. I think that may be because I paid my three estimated tax payments in October, 2023. I live in Contra Costa County, CA, whose residents were granted a waiver to pay until October 15, 2023. My payments were timely.
Is Turbo Tax likely to fix this? How do they find out about glitches?
