I am noticing some similar posts! I guess this company SBTPG coded my federal refund deposit wrong. Apparently, it was coded as a business account, so SOFI denied it because they/I do not have business accounts. I cannot get ahold of SBTPG... of course. If this is who TurboTax is using for direct deposit returns to our banks, I will not use TurboTax again! I received a recorded message that my refund could take up to an additional 10-12 weeks. I will keep trying to contact both TurboTax and this bullsh*t SBTPG company. Extremely frustrated!
