Now that I have submitted, I don't seem to have access to "Tools" or the print center anymore where I can select options like including worksheets. All I can do is print my return. Form 8283 is the last form in my federal return, and I don't see anything after that. I have also tried searching the document for the stock ticker symbol as well as the name of the charity and I cannot find the fifth donation anywhere.
I guess its possible that an overflow statement was sent to the IRS but not included with the printable PDF that I have access to now, but it's not very reassuring.
