Where are you looking? If you are seeing the term "accepted" at the Online TurboTax website, it will never change, since that just refers to the efile status. Once accepted, it will always show that from now on.
You should be checking a Federal refund with this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool. It won't use the term "accepted." It would most likely say "received" or "processing."
