If Don's advice doesn't help, remember that if you have a printed copy of the W-2, you can always enter it by hand. Sometimes, it's just faster to do this. The issue with importing is that TurboTax is having to deal with large number of third parties to do this, and plenty of things not under TurboTax's control may not work.
Tolkien had a character (Pippin) say that a "Short cuts make long delays"; just bear in mind as you do this that sometimes doing it "the hard way" is faster.
