Doing tax returns for grandchildren. Only W-2 income. Cannot excess form to input information from W-2. Called Turbo tax last week and after an hour of different suggestions the form finally came up. Finished that return. Now doing a return for another grandchild and same thing is happening. Have tried everything to input., but whenever I click on w-2 info nothing happens. In fact I haven’t inputted any w-2 info and when I click on W-2 my option is to update. This is my 1st year using turbo tax. Desktop Deluxe. Using Windows 10 I think. Thanks, Jim
